The key to effectively using Metallic leather paint color is to treat it as an "Effect Color." What is an "Effect Color"?
It's a color applied over a base color to achieve a specific visual effect or to precisely alter the base color's tone. Think of metallic or iridescent leathers, where you see both a base color and a shimmering glitter. This glitter comes in various colors and sizes, such as gold, silver, pearl, red pearl, and green pearl. But for iridescent, the shimmering glitter has more than one color, depending on the angle of light, will create a different color, such as red-purple pearl, blue-green pearl, red-yellow-green pearl, and so on.
